Unknown Space Modded GBA Giveaway!

Official Rules & Regulations

1. Eligibility
   This giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Monstrous Entertainment are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must purchase a complete box from Monstrous Entertainment. Each purchase counts as one entry into the giveaway. There is no purchase necessary to enter, but purchasing the complete box is the primary way to gain entry.

3. Prize
   One winner will receive a custom modded Game Boy Advance (GBA). The prize is as described and cannot be substituted or exchanged for cash or other prizes. No additional accessories or modifications are included beyond the specifications listed.

4. Winner Selection
   The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries on Sunday, April 20, 2025, 8:00PM AST. The selection will be live streamed on Monstrous Entertainment’s YouTube page. If not notified during the draw, the winner will be notified via email within 1-3 business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, a new winner will be chosen.

5. Game Boy Advance Ownership Disclaimer
   The Game Boy Advance (GBA) is a trademark of Nintendo Co., Ltd. This giveaway is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo.

6. General Terms
   By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to abide by all the official rules and the decisions made by Monstrous Entertainment, which are final and binding. Participants grant permission for Monstrous Entertainment to use their name, image, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Privacy Policy
   Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found at https://monstrousent.com/privacy-policy.

8. Liability
   Monstrous Entertainment is not responsible for any technical failures, errors, or issues that may arise during the giveaway. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Monstrous Entertainment, its affiliates, and all partners involved from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

9. Right to Modify or Cancel
   Monstrous Entertainment reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time, without prior notice, due to circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes must be resolved in the jurisdiction of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
